Utilization — how much of your Wialon fleet is actually used

Utilization measures each vehicle against the working time you define — the days of the week, the hours of the day and the duration or distance a vehicle is expected to cover — and reports what share of it was used. The figures come from the movement your Wialon account already records; nothing is estimated.

What it does

• A utilization percentage per vehicle, from hours used against hours available, distance driven against distance expected, or a weighted blend of the two.
• An operating window you set: which weekdays count, and between which hours, so nights and weekends do not drag a score down.
• Fleet summary figures — average utilization, average hours and distance per day, and the vehicles that never moved.
• Settings shared through your Wialon account, so a team measures against the same window.
• Export to Excel, PDF and JSON.
